After an incredibly long time of no rain - and water restrictions it was refreshing Saturday to check out Cataract Dam not too far from home, where it is well and truly overflowing with water. As you can see in the photo with The Frenchman and our good friend Janet , it was still raining. Despite being a wintry day in summer, it was fun catching up with people and taking it easy indoors. But now that the dam is full - I'm ready for the summer to recommence. A little ray of sunshine please mr music!Sunday is my first ocean swim race this year, in North Bondi... I'm looking forward to it. I've certainly had enough practice!!
