I'll have what He's having

I reader has kindly recommended this video, and I can't think of any reason not to agree. A little bit of hotness for the start of the weekend.
Is there a point? I don't know. And tonight I really don't care. Click below and watch a little pretty.

Greens: the ad they should have

41 seconds

From the TV show Gruen Nation (nee Gruen Transfer) where they had an ad agency come up with an ad for and anti the greens... this is the pro one - and I love it. Unfortunately the ABC won't release it to the Greens to be used in their campaign. So here it is on the web.

Nude Yoga

It seems Nude Yoga is popular based on the emails I had following a post on the subject some time back. Recently I had an email from the maker of a naked power yoga dvd coming out soon. I can't say I know too much about the video but here you get a chance to check out the preview yourself.

Mannervescence

Those in Australia will have seen the stunning 'schweppervescence' ads (see below). I'm waiting for the next campaign more along the lines of the above photo.
I'd drink to that.

Mardi Gras 2010

Sydney Mardi Gras organisers have sent a promo for this year's Mardi Gras, below. If you're tired of the northern chill maybe you should think about heading down for bit of southern hemisphere warmth and hospitality. You know you want to.

A Long Weekend of Beautiful Surf

The long weekend here has ended. Unusually we have not flown away for it. But there's something to be said for staying home. Here was what we woke up to most mornings.

12 seconds - yep that's all.

I even ventured in for a surf myself and a few swims on top of that. It's been a busy time of late getting to know young Amélie and keeping everything else happening in the background. A little time out was fantastic, and for me there's nothing quite like escaping in the winter to a surprisingly warm, crystal clear surf. It's like heaven for me, true bliss. And on the beach and in the surf there have been an assortment of eye catching men. Damn it.

I'm looking forward to more weekends like this. Lots more.

France: less than 3 hours from Sydney

Now I knew they spoke French in New Caledonia, but less than 3 hours from home and we might as well have been in France. The architecture, the people, the cars, even the supermarkets were straight from France. Butter, cheese, salami, yoghurt, biscuits, wine, foie gras... pretty much everything, oh and the pastries, yum!

There were a few things that weren't particularly French, like the reefs and the tropical fish. We jumped into the natural pool - picine naturale, a short stroll along a sandy tidal river bank on The Isle of Pines, and in the middle of chasing the multicoloured fish we found ourselves surrounded by a bigger school of fish. You'll see a short video of these below which turned out to be, I think,  quite mesmerising.

I could have stayed on the island a whole lot longer. Spending most of the daylight hours on or in the water is my idea of a perfect escape, and The Isle of Pines is made for exactly that. Oh and the food, bloody expensive, but oh so fine.

Cover Up

Back in the mid 80's there was the perfect show for a young gay boy, and this TV show was called Cover Up. Its star Jon-Erik Hexum was of course the focus, and while there were loads of female models, I don't recall anyone else much in the show. He played an undercover agent disguised as a model while on assignment with the (female) photographer. I think I cried for weeks when I learned he died after a tragic accident on set, and with just one series completed. Ah, only the good die young! Whenever I hear the theme (Bonnie Tyler's Holding out for a Hero - it takes me back.)

For those of you old enough to remember it, here follows the opening credits. You'll have to edit out the 80's hair, but it still brings back fond memories...

Does anyone have similarly memorable TV series?

Men on Men on 3

The Frenchman has been working on a new product for mobile phone company 3 that superchilled readers might find interesting... Called Stud TV, it has erotic gay content (I think we can call it porn) and can be found on your mobile phone now if you have a 3 account.

For more info click on the image to the right (or here) to go to the 3 website.

It's been fun to help research this one...

Wild Striptease Wednesday

When was the last time you did a striptease for someone you love? Today's the day, and for a little inspiration I have the Aussiebum demonstration version above. He's pretty good - but I reckon you can do better. If there's no one to perform for today - then just turn the music up loud and do it on your own! Practice perhaps for that Valentines Day special event!

Have a fun Wild Wednesday... and Thursday and Friday...

whatever you're into...

I found this surfing youtube - I still don't get many of the implied meanings... although some are obvious from the outset and some became apparent after a few replays. Feel free to educate me guys & girls...

We're off for the weekend - Adelaide is the place to be this time of year - Rainy and 19 degrees Saturday it seems... hmmm

Oh and I had the first public exhibition of some of my photos today - blown up to quite a size - just a one night event, but at least people were kind to me. (It was part of a larger exhibition). Maybe I can give up my day job - but not quite yet...
