It's been a whole month since the pint sized penguin won leg 15 by correctly identifying The Glasgow Science Centre. Peter - how do you do it? It is indeed the Hilton Hotel in Auckland.

How do I do it... let's see... I open the pixture, and open another page with google, then I typed: Transmission Tower, which btw did not work to many pictures, Hotel with rooftop pool worked a bit better, suspended pool did the trick... I think.
The only thing was, the picture was not from a website from said hotel, but somewhere in the text Auckland was mentioned.
Suspended pool Auckland NZ did the trick, and it was all found within 17 minutes, because Georg's answer was just online.
There seems to be two people in the pool: an identified male is holding on his back the other unidentified person. I'm going with foreplay.
