The Race to Location 19

It seems there are few people game to hazard a guess at the location of the current leg of Race Around the World. So (thanks to a reader who will for the time being remain anonymous) we have an unprecedented 3rd photograph of the location below - this time in winter.
Hopefully it will help you arrive at the destination.
For the original photos and competition notes - see the race notification post here .
Oh, and if the cute man in the original picture is reading this. I want to hear from you!
Bonne Chance...

Are you telling us this pool is in Vancouver BC and the man sitting there is Geoff???

It's not Geoff, but it is an acquaintance of ours...As for the other answer, I'll let you try and figure that out.

That's an easy one... it's not Sri Lanka!

The pace for this leg of the race is rather slow so far (I could have flown there and back at least twice by now) - but we have narrowed it down to Vancouver Canada it would seem . The remaining question is WHERE in Vancouver might it be? (hint - we've had another pool from this city before here in race around the world - and this is not it). Remember there is still the alternative 'creative' competition(see the original post for details).
