Sundays are for...

  1. Lounging in the warmth of the morning sun.
  2. Brunching with your closest friends.
  3. Reading the papers - the bits you really like.
  4. Dancing with someone you love.
  5. Swimming (every day is for swimming!)
  6. Calling family & friends that you miss.
  7. Taking the dog for a long, wandering walk.
Singing, like you just don't care.
  8. Sex.
  9. Driving along winding roads with the air in your hair.
  10. Making things with your hands.
  11. Things that make you smile, and laugh, and giggle uncontrollably.

What are your favourite Sunday things?

In Summer, lazy afternoons lying on the lawns at the Appeltizer concerts at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens...

In Winter, lying under the down duvet with a pot of coffee and the Sunday Paper...

This makes me want to fall in love again... now if I can only find that all ellusive blonde brain surgeon who is 6 feet tall with blue eyes and a smile to melt me.

I love this picture too, Trevor. Heavenly.

Thanks for this post.. totally heavenly.

ok... Summer: packing a picnic and taking the yacht out onto Sydney harbour with close friends... definately need sand between the toes and definately need to get out of bed early and get into the day to do fun things.

Winter: Extended periods of spooning, sex and more spooning, then what Martin said... :-) and then wandering an art gallery or a beautiful furniture store in the afternoon.
